Dear members, there are 2 conditions on our product return service.

PRODUCT MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
- If received defects products, please feedback to our customer service through email to email@example.com or whatsapp to number 013-7281688 within 7 days after received the goods.
- We do not accept returns for reasons of color deviation from smartphone screen or monitor display, minor thread in quality, measurement size, product description, thickness and etc.
- Kindly reminder: Remember to wash bright color clothes separately from dark color clothes.
- Kindly stick a tape on particular defect part as a point for us to spot it.
- The defective goods will be replace with the same types of product (same colour, design, size amd pattern). If there is request of exchange to other size or colour, the postage will be undertake by yourself.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
- Please forgive our unintentional negligence if wrong item received by you. We will have a solution to solve the problem in the possible shortest time.
- Kindly feedback to our customer services by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving.
- FST Perfect 10 will bear all the postage and you just need to wait and receive the right item you ordered.
- Wrong items received will be replace with the right goods or products that you ordered unless there is out of stock. If there is request of exchange to other size or colour, the postage will be undertake by yourself.
